10 years!

It has been 10 years since Todd and I were married! I can't believe how time has flown! I can't remember what life was like befor marriage. When I first met Todd I thought he was perfect. Everything I always wanted but couldn't find. I still feel that way. OK, I know he's not perfect but he's pretty close. I'm so grateful to be married to someone who loves and understands me.

OK, enough mushy stuff (it's so not like me)! Look at what babies we were! Todd had a full head of luscious hair and look at my smooth wrinkle free face! Wow! I guess that's what 10 years of being students and having 3 kids will do to a person!

Grandma and Grandpa's house

Lola and Addi , they're just 2 months apart and I know they'll be great friends. Addi had a feeding tube put into her stomach this week so she no longer has the one through her nose. Hopefully it will help her continue to gain weight.

We spent the holiday weekend at the Welker's. It was so fun. This is their new home in Queen Creek. It is such a cute house. I wish I had a better pic of it. Todd and I went out for our anniversary while Grandma and Grandpa watched the kids. It was so nice. It reminded me of how nice it is to have family nearby.

Numm-umm

Why is it that we mothers love pictures of our babies with food spread from ear to ear? I can't stop taking pictures of Lola covered in her latest tasty "discovery." The best part is her sound effects. She says numm-yumm-umm-mumm if she really likes it. If she cant pick the food up she bends over and sucks it up like a vaccum. We love this girl!

Superstar

Ash was chosen as the 1st superstar of the school year for her class. Her teacher chose her because she is " such a deep thinker, shares all her great ideas with the class, kind to everyone and always smiling". We're so proud of her. She is a very responsible girl. As part of her award she was given a bumper sticker. I guess Todd thinks were to cool to have it on the car because the first words on his mouth were "Don't even think about putting that on the car." So it is proudly displayed on Ashton's bedroom wall!

Too Young?

What happens when you are 8 years old, have "dishwater" blonde hair and your mom is a hairstylist?

You get golden blonde highlights of course!

The Jolleys Came to Town

Hayley, her kids and my mom came to visit. That's the best part of living in San Diego, everyone wants to visit. We hit all the favorite spots, including the tidepools. Lucy picked up this starfish. We later learned that you aren't supposed to touch them. Oops!

Yumm....sand!

I love these kids! My mom was telling us a story about her kids and Lucy who is 4 asked "Grandma what happened to your kids?" Love that girl!

Grandma bought Lola this giraffe. I think it is the cutest toy ever! Lola loves it!
